1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
i. By purchasing event tickets with KL BIM Day 2023 (CIDB E-Construct Services Sdn. Bhd. and Opu Go Entertainments Sdn. Bhd.), you (the Ticket Purchaser) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of sale specified here in and any other provision as may be specified from time to time.
ii. Ticket Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) with total amount paid is inclusive 6% SST, 4% processing fee and handling fee.
iii. Ticket purchase will appear as “Purchased with Y US SDN BHD” in “Razer” and “PayPal” payment gateway.
iv. NO CANCELLATION, REFUND or ticket EXCHANGE allowed once ticket is sold except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation.
v. Upon confirmation of your order for tickets, no exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances and tickets are not transferable and may not be resold.
vi. KL BIM Day 2023 shall be entitled, but not obliged, to conduct verification checks on any order, and shall be entitled to rescind the order if such verification checks reveal any fraud or other irregularity in the order.
vii. KL BIM Day 2023 may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
viii. The Ticket Purchaser voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
2. EVENT CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT AND REFUND
i. If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice or a Cancellation Publicity Notice (collectively, the” Notices” or individually, a” Notice”) respectively shall be placed in the media by KL BIM Day 2023 or it’s PR Representatives.
ii. KL BIM Day 2023 have solely right to postponed the event at any reasonable date.
iii. In the event of Event Cancellation, The Ticket Purchaser is entitling for a refund.
iv. The Notice of Event cancellation shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
v. Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such unfunded sums shall be dealt with at KL BIM Day’s sole discretion.
vi. In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased shall automatically be refunded according to made of payment with which the tickets were purchased. If such mode of payment is no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made and condition below shall apply.
vii. The Ticket Purchaser may request via email at participant@klbimday.com.my, attached with the purchase invoice and bank account number of which payment need to credited to.
viii. The Ticket 6% [as mentioned in 1. ii)] Processing Fee and the Handling Fee are not refundable.
ix. We may change this term and condition notice at any time. The new term and condition will be displayed on our website. The date this term and condition noticed was last updated appears at the bottom.
