Berjaya Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Sdn Bhd

On 8 August 2008, Berjaya Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Sdn Bhd ("BKK"), a subsidiary of Berjaya Corporation Berhad, entered into a Development Agreement with Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc, USA for the rights to develop and operate the Krispy Kreme franchise business in Malaysia.

Its first store was launched in April 2009 in Berjaya Times Square.
